1. Our Commitment
At Lumia Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before shipment to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition.
Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

To qualify for a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Once a fragrance has been opened, we cannot verify its condition and therefore cannot resell or restock it.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Return Process

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lumia Perfumes cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using shipping records, delivery confirmation, tracking information, and communication history.

12. International Fulfillment
To provide the fastest possible delivery service, Lumia Perfumes may fulfill and ship orders from different international warehouses based on product availability, inventory levels, and destination country.
As a result, orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers located in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, or other regions.
The shipping origin displayed on tracking information may therefore differ from our business contact information.
13. Return Address Information
Return requests must be approved by our customer support team before any item is shipped back.
Please do not send products to the address shown on the package or shipping label without prior authorization.
The correct return address will be provided by our support team after reviewing the return request.
Return locations may vary depending on the warehouse that fulfilled the order.
14. Delivery Refusal and Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed and is returned by the carrier, Lumia Perfumes reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, or carrier fees from any eligible refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in these circumstances.
15. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their local authorities.
Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs charges or import fees.
16. Lost Packages
A package will only be considered lost after confirmation from the shipping carrier.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, Lumia Perfumes will provide a replacement shipment or an appropriate refund at its discretion.
Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services, or carrier disruptions do not automatically qualify an order as lost.
17. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, Lumia Perfumes reserves the right to request additional verification for orders, refund requests, or claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Claims found to be fraudulent may be denied.
